How are your products made?
Every Sarcasm Culture product is printed on demand and made to order. We don't hold inventory — your item is created specifically for you when you place your order. We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment providers to deliver quality products directly to your door.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders go through a 2–5 business day production window before shipping. Once shipped:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days for US orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at Jesters@shopsarcasmculture.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Can I cancel or change my order?
